Hidden harms break every other principle. If we cannot say plainly what we built and why, we have not thought clearly enough. We publish the reasoning, not just the outcome.
The first product built on the Morph substrate — evolving AI that carries memory forward across sessions. Exploring what AI looks like when it is not reset each time you close the tab.
Most consumer AI assumes the user is a blank slate every session. This is wasteful and, more importantly, it is wrong. Humans are not transactional — we learn, forget, come back, build on prior context. Morphée is the first product that tries to model that properly: memory that persists, grows, gets organised, and becomes *yours* rather than the model's.
Opening the beta to more users, shipping the memory-inspection UI, publishing our approach to "memory consent" (how should a persistent-AI product handle the ethics of remembering).

If Morphée resonates — as inspiration, as a collaboration, or as a problem you are solving in parallel — we would like to hear from you.
